- My Amma’s Homemade Adai Mix – 1cup
- Onion -1 finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves – Finely chopped
- Curry Leaves – Few
- Grated Fresh Coconut – 3-4 tbsp
- Mix 1 cup of Adai Mix and all the ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
- Heat the Tava and spread out the batter gently.
- Cover and cook on both sides.
- Adai is slightly thicker compared to the regular dosas.
- Enjoy it coconut chutney.
