Fresh Vegetables that can be used: – Variety of vegetables can be used.
Other: – Fresh Peanuts can be used (if you have dried ones then soak it for sometime in water and cook it along other vegetables)
- Boil dal a variety of veggies.
- Extract tamarind pulp add it to the dal veggies container along salt.
- Take 2 tbsp of My Amma’s Homemade Kootu powder along 3 tbsp of grated coconut grind it to a smooth paste.
- Add the ground paste to the container boil. (If you don’t prefer coconut then you can add the kootu powder alone). Temper it mustard curry leaves.
