- Cooked Rice – 1 cup
- My Amma’s Homemade Puliogare Mix – 2-3 tsp.
- Peanuts 3-4 tsp
- Dry Coconut – grated 3-4 tbsp
- Curry leaves – few sprigs
- Salt Oil for seasoning
- Cook one cup of rice turmeric keep aside.
- Add My Amma’s Puliogare powder and salt to it. Check for taste.
- Heat oil add peanuts and curry leaves. Once peanuts are cooked, transfer to the rice and mix.
- Rest it for 10-15 mins.
- Heat it in a pan or microwave for 5 -10 mins.
