How to Prepare Ragi Dosa at Home

Ingredients:

  • My Amma’s Homemade Ragi Dosa Mix – 1cup
  • Onion -1 finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves – Finely chopped
  • Curry Leaves – Few
  • Grated Coconut – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Water

Or

  • Only My Amma’s Homemade Ragi Dosa Mix – 1cup
  • Water and salt.

Method:-

  • Mix 1 cup of Ragi Dosa Mix and all the ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
  • Heat the Tava and spread out the batter gently.
  • Cover and cook on both sides.
  • Enjoy Crisp Ragi Dosa’s coconut chutney/Tomato Thokku.
